Day 14 – Our last stop, Reykjavik

So, we’re back to our routine life in Tallinn, and frankly speaking, it’s quite hard to start writing this chapter, since this will be the last page of our amazing trip.

Day 11, 12 – The weather against us

The last two days have been pretty lousy, and not for our fault. We woke up yesterday morning at the huge camping we reached the night before, and luckily we found some free places in the dining room to make breakfast.

Day 6,7 – From ice to fire

The alarm rang at 7 sharp and for the first time we immediately reacted to it. Unlike the other days, where we were free to do whatever we wanted whenever we wanted, on Tuesday we had to be at 8.

Day 4 – Southeast Iceland

The day started with quite some rain pouring on our van and spoiling our chance to take pictures of Skogafoss. We placed too much trust on the morning to have the best light and did not keep into account the weather.

Day 3 – Skogar or Stairway to Heaven

The alarm rang at 6.30, definitely too early and in fact we woke up actually 1h later. The camping’s location plus a very wild parking style allowed us to have a breakfast with probably the best view ever, right in front of Skogafoss waterfall, with the bonus of being (still) virtually without tourists.
